Full review of 14 roses by Weeks Roses / David Austin / Meilland / Korbes etc.
Based on the requirements of strong Disease Resistance, wonderful Fragrance, good Quantity of flowers, special color / shape of the flower, I would rank my roses as below:
Top 1: Savannah Sunbelt. In rose, normally, strong disease resistance and wonder fragrance does not co-exist. Savannah Sunbelt is an amazing exception! A multi-award winner! Long vase life.
Top 2: Easy on the Eyes. Strong growth! Super healthy! Flower shows different shades of purplish pink in various stages. Love the dark eye in the center which is so hard to maintain in rose hybridization!
Top 3 & 4: Easy Spirit and Lady in Red. Both were introduced by Weeks roses in 2018. Strong and Healthy! with great number of gorgeous flowers. Love their colors. Pure and clean.
Top 5: Eden climber. You simply cannot miss this strong growing climber that produce such uniquely colored large flowers.
Top 6: Princess Charlene de Monaco. Very good vase life.
Top 7: Julia Child. It’s considered best of the best by rose hybridizers from a professional’s point of view, which, you know, could be somehow different from layman perspective. Maybe I have not grown it for long enough for it to show its full potential.
Top 8: Lady of Shalott. If you want to choose a David Austin rose to begin with, you could not go wrong with this one. Good disease resistance makes it one of the easiest DA rose for beginners. Interesting color and shape of the flower too.

Moonlight in Paris (great quantity of fragrant flowers, charming subtle color, but more black spots on the leaves)

Oranges n Lemons (It didn’t thrive in my garden. Maybe it doesn’t like it here. And I don’t like its fuzzy canes Full of thorns.)
