COOKING ORGANIC VEGETABLES FROM THE BACKYARD



Cooking vegetables from the backyard | super healthy. Dinengdeng they call it in my province, a mix vegetables with fish sauce and shrimp or grilled or fried fish. It was eaten mostly by farmers like me and my family. Even I live now in USA and don’t work in the farm anymore, I still plant in our backyard on my day off, and cook them, the same way as my parents or families in the Philippines do.I feel so weak and like incomplete if I don’t eat this vegetables. My vegetable garden in our backyard is my stress reliever and my healthy food supply.
