In this short video, I am explaining how to meal plan to create delicious plant-based power bowls.
You can add so many wonderful whole foods to your power bowl.
I love to meal prep on Sunday mornings and go grocery shopping on Saturdays. I cut my veggies and store them in the fridge. I cook one whole grain and one type of bean for the first few days. I also add a lot of greens to my plate.
A salad bar can be practical for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can add your nuts, seeds, berries, fruits, olives, vegetables and more. When you are ready to prepare e a meal, you already have some foods already pre-cut and ready to be added to your beans, whole grains or even your breakfast.
